⚖️ إطار القانون

بنلتزم في التعامل مع بياناتك بأحكام قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم ١٥١ لسنة ٢٠٢٠ ولائحته التنفيذية، وقانون حماية المستهلك رقم ١٨١ لسنة ٢٠١٨، وقانون مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات رقم ١٧٥ لسنة ٢٠١٨، وأي قوانين مصرية سارية ذات صلة.

📋 البيانات اللي بنجمعها

  • بيانات التعريف والتواصل: الاسم، رقم الموبايل، البريد الإلكتروني، عنوان الشحن والفوترة.
  • بيانات الطلب: المنتجات اللي طلبتها، تاريخ الطلبات، والاسترجاع والاستبدال.
  • بيانات الدفع: بتتم معالجتها من خلال بوابات دفع آمنة تابعة لجهات خارجية. إحنا ما بنخزّنش بيانات كارت الائتمان كاملة على سيرفراتنا.
  • البيانات التقنية: عنوان الـ IP، نوع المتصفح والجهاز، وصفحات الموقع اللي بتزورها — عن طريق الكوكيز وأدوات مشابهة.

🎯 ليه بنجمع بياناتك

  • تنفيذ طلبك، الشحن، والدفع عند الاستلام.
  • التواصل معاك بخصوص طلبك وخدمة العملاء.
  • التعامل مع طلبات الإرجاع والاستبدال واسترداد المبالغ.
  • تحسين تجربة التسوق وتخصيص العروض (بموافقتك).

ما بنبيعش بياناتك الشخصية لأي جهة. بنشاركها فقط في أضيق الحدود ولأغراض تشغيلية مع:

  • شركات الشحن والتوصيل — علشان يوصلولك طلبك.
  • بوابات الدفع الإلكتروني — لإتمام عملية الدفع بشكل آمن.
  • منصة Shopify اللي بتشغّل المتجر، ومقدّمي خدمات تقنية وتحليلات موثوقين.
  • الجهات الحكومية أو القضائية — لو طلب القانون كده.

كل الأطراف دي ملتزمة بالحفاظ على سرية بياناتك واستخدامها في الغرض المحدد فقط.

🌍 نقل البيانات خارج مصر

لأن المتجر بيشتغل على منصة Shopify، ممكن بعض بياناتك تتخزّن أو تتعالج على سيرفرات خارج جمهورية مصر العربية. في الحالة دي بنتأكد إن النقل بيتم وفقاً لضوابط قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية رقم ١٥١ لسنة ٢٠٢٠ وبمستوى حماية مناسب.

🍪 الكوكيز

بنستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) علشان الموقع يشتغل صح، نفتكر السلة بتاعتك، ونحلّل أداء الموقع. تقدر تتحكم في الكوكيز من إعدادات المتصفح، بس إلغاء بعضها ممكن يأثر على تجربة التسوق.

⏳ مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

بنحتفظ ببياناتك طول ما هي لازمة لتنفيذ طلباتك وخدمتك، أو للمدة اللي يفرضها القانون (زي المستندات الضريبية والمحاسبية)، وبعد كده بنحذفها أو نجعلها مجهّلة الهوية بشكل آمن.

بنطبّق إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية مناسبة لتأمين بياناتك ضد الوصول أو التعديل أو الإفصاح غير المصرّح به، بما في ذلك التشفير أثناء الدفع. لكن مفيش وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة ١٠٠٪، فبننصحك تحافظ على بيانات دخولك.

✅ حقوقك على بياناتك

طبقاً لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية، من حقك:

  • العلم بالبيانات اللي بنحتفظ بيها عنك والوصول ليها.
  • تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة.
  • مسح بياناتك (في الحدود اللي يسمح بيها القانون).
  • سحب موافقتك أو الاعتراض على المعالجة، خصوصاً للأغراض التسويقية.
  • نقل بياناتك والحصول على نسخة منها.

لممارسة أي حق من دول، كلّمنا على البريد أو الواتساب المذكورين فوق، وهنرد عليك في المدة اللي يحددها القانون.

👶 خصوصية الأطفال

المتجر مش موجّه للأطفال تحت سن ١٨ سنة، وما بنجمعش بياناتهم عن قصد. لو اكتشفنا ده، بنحذف البيانات فوراً.
